Belly Dancing 101: Be prepared to smile and loosen up those hips. Voula is one of Canada's top belly dancing instructors. She's been teaching for over 35 years and is the first teacher involved with the International Dance Exchange Program. Come and experience some great fun! Comfortable clothing required.

In this introductory workshop, you will learn why True Feminine Beauty is not found by following fashion trends, but rather by carefully assembling those pieces that express who you truly are!

Marking to Melodies: No art training required. Release inhibitions and have fun putting colour to motion with music. It's a wonderful way to experience a stress releasing activity while developing one's creativity. All materials will be provided. We have over shirts and aprons to cover dress clothes.

The Power of Gemstones: The history of personal adornment and how to use the power of gemstones in your life. This workshop will explore the natural power of semi-precious and precious stones and reveal their capacity for healing and self-improvement. I will help participants determine the stones natural for them and identify the ones that will help empower them. We will also walk through styles and colours and, if there is time and interest, we can make a few samples.
